Or, would you enjoy hunting down the floating balls of rum in your cocktail through a glass straw? How about a drink served inside a frozen egg of ice? You may be wondering how you’d even drink that. Well, you’d crack the ice open with a slingshot first, of course. Each drink at the Aviary is its own science experiment you can drink.
